Armaan Sahgal

Vice President - Internal

Armaan Sahgal is a second year Master of Public Policy student at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. He grew up and studied in Singapore, Johannesburg, Shanghai, and Toronto. Having studied and experienced life in three continents and having been exposed to even more diverse cultures and ways of thinking through travel and peers at international schools, Armaan has a deep passion for both public policy and global affairs.

In particular, at a time in history when the voices for isolationism, “decoupling” of the global economy along ideological lines, and intolerance seem to get louder by the day, he is passionately committed to stirring open-minded discourse, understanding, and a tolerant take on global affairs and public policy.

What drives me is the belief that politics shouldn't be confined to formal discussions alone. It should be a part of our daily conversations, influencing our decisions and perspectives.
